Way to Table is a styling and rental service based in Orlando, FL. We offer tableware rentals, curated table sets, and elegant styling to help you create beautiful and memorable tablescapes for any occasion.

2. What’s included when I rent a styled table set?

Each table set includes the charger plate, dinnerware, glassware, and flatware  selected to match the chosen style. You’ll also receive a setting guide with styling tips. Napkins and runners are also included.

3. How does the table styling and rental process work?

Once you choose your preferred collection, we'll coordinate the date, location, and event details with you. You can choose for full setup or self-setup with delivery. Either way,  we’ll make sure everything is ready so your table shines -  beautifully styled and stress-free

3. Do I need to wash the items before returning them?

No, we handle all the cleaning. Simply remove any leftover food or drink and pack everything back in the provided containers. 

4. When do I need to make the payment?

To secure your booking, full payment is required at least 7 days before the event date.

5. How far in advance should I book my table set?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on your date and location.

7. Is delivery included?

Delivery is available within the Orlando area for an additional fee. You’ll receive exact pricing during your quote request based on your location.

8. Can I pick up the items myself?

At this time, we only offer delivery to ensure your tableware arrives safely and is handled with care.

9. What if something gets damaged, stained or lost?

We understand accidents happen. If an item is lost, stained, or returned damaged (such as rips, burns, or wax), a replacement fee may apply based on its value.

10. Do you set up the table too?

Yes, we do! You can choose between two options:
* Rental only – You’ll receive the items with setup instructions.
* Styled setup – We’ll handle the table styling for you, for an additional fee.

11. Can I customize the table look?

Absolutely! You can request color adjustments or swap certain elements to better match your event’s theme. We’ll guide you through the options.

12. Do you deliver and pick up the rentals?

Yes, delivery and pickup within the Orlando area are available. We’ll coordinate the details during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our delivery zone.

13. Can I rent without the full table styling service?

Yes, you can rent individual pieces or full sets and style the table yourself. We’re happy to provide a simple guide to help you recreate the look.
